  • Occupation: Information Systems Manager
  • Current Employer: California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform, a nonprofitconsumer advocacy organization. Duties include drafting legislation.
  • B.S., Electrical Engineering, UCSB. 4 years post-graduate studies in physics, CSUSF, CU Boulder.
  • Former board member of the Environmental Forum of Marin, and a graduate of its 6-month environmental training program.
  • Co-founder and 5-1/2 year volunteer of the Black Point Forest Rescue Project, which sought to preserve wetlands and oak woodlands in Novato.
Priorities:
  • Long-term traffic solutions. Ensuring that we make choices that lead to net reduction in congestion.
  • Protecting against growth that does not serve Marin's existing residents. Includes uniform and appropriate application of health and safety laws.
  • Enhancing, and improving delivery of, county services, such as arbitration and mediation, medical, and educational services.
