Top Priorities if Elected
  • RESPECT THE PUBLIC. Citizens should be heard. They should not be made to wait until the end of the meeting to speak. Frank will actively listen.
  • ENCHANCE LIBRARY SERVICES The library's share of the general fund should be increased from the present 4% to 6% and the libraries should be open more
  • RETROFIT NEIGHBORHOODS and BETTER TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT - Sidewalks and potholes need to be fixed. Lighting should be improved. Time the signal lights.
