  • Ensure safe, reliable, sufficient and affordable water supplies, currently and in the future.
  • Update water emergency procedures and institute new ones.
  • Project to study the feasibility of adding additional water tanks to District.

T. R. (Tom) Chambers

  • Occupation: High School Teacher
  • Teach Math at Lowell High School in San Francisco
  • Westborough Homeowner past 21 years
  • BA in Physics and Economics, UC San Diego
  • MS in Systems Analysis, Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey

  • Retired with 21 years as officer in US Navy
Priorities:
  • Continue Disaster (Earthquake) Contingency Planning to improve reliability.
  • Ensure reliability through proper system maintenance.
  • Minimize costs, particularly in the utilities area.

Perry H. Bautista

  • Occupation: Incumbent
  • Law enforcement for twenty-seven years
  • President of Westborough Hills Condo Assn (15 years)
  • President of Police Officers Assn (15 years)
  • President of Westborough Water District ('92,'97)
  • AA Degree (Skyline College)
  • Senior at San Francisco State University
Priorities:
  • Provide the Westborough Water District with the best service
  • Keep water rates as low as possible without losing quality
  • Keep the District's reserves well-funded
